Jay attended Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, graduating in 3 years with two Bachelor's Degrees. Jay attended several law schools including Florida State University Law School, University of Michigan Law School, the Law School of the West Indies, graduating with Honors from Michigan State University Law School in 1988.
